During his 20-year tenure with Epoch Residential, Justin has served in various roles in the financing, development, and construction of over 10,000 apartment homes in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Arizona, and Colorado, with a total capitalization in excess of $1.5 billion.

In 2019, Justin purchased the company. As Principal of Epoch, Justin focuses on corporate strategy and team development while remaining active in investor relations, site selection, and oversight of all facets of project execution. Prior to joining Epoch, Justin worked for Hunt Construction Group (now AECOM), a large-scale commercial contractor.

Justin received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. He is licensed as a Florida Certified General Contractor, a Florida Real Estate Broker, a single-engine private pilot, and is involved in numerous civic boards and organizations, including IDignity, National Multi-Housing Council, the Bergstrom Real Estate Center Advisory Board at the University of Florida, and the ULI Central Florida Advisory Board.

As Executive Vice President, Allyson is responsible for coordinating operations across development, construction, property management, and accounting to maximize efficiency and drive performance both corporately and at the asset level.

Allyson manages all corporate due diligence, risk management, and maintains relationships with all key business partners. In addition, she oversees the acquisition and disposition transactions of Epoch-owned communities.

During her 20-year tenure with Epoch, Allyson has supported the development, construction, and operation of over 10,000 apartment homes across multiple states. She has also managed over $1.05 billion in dispositions. Allyson holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and is a member of the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance.

Dave brings over 20 years of development experience to Epoch with an extensive background in multifamily. As VP of Development, Dave is responsible for locating, acquiring, entitling, financing, constructing, and selling multifamily projects on the West Coast of Florida.

Prior to joining Epoch, Dave was a Managing Director with Wood Partners and was involved in closing 20 projects in
Orlando, South Florida, and Tampa, with a total capitalization in excess of $1.08 billion.

Dave graduated from Davidson College with a B.A. in History, cum laude, and also earned an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia.

Katrina Hull brings over 25 years of experience to her role as Vice President of Accounting at Epoch. Under her direction, an entire team of accountants supports the entire company. Her responsibilities include oversight of all accounting functions within the development and construction departments, in addition to overseeing all accounting and financial functions for Epoch's management portfolio. She also handles banking relationships, partner distributions, fund accounting, and leads the external audits for all partnerships.

Throughout her tenure, Katrina has become a subject matter expert in a wide variety of functions, including construction and job cost accounting, timeshare accounting, residential property and corporate accounting. She has supported over 10,000 apartments during her time with Epoch.

Katrina holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University
of Central Florida.

Sara Montuori joined Epoch in early 2017 as the Director of Marketing. In her role, she is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and performance for each Epoch community as well as for Epoch Residential.

Sara provides careful detail and tailored strategies unique to properties in various stages of development, lease-up, and stabilization. She works closely with the Management team to monitor campaign performance, evaluate new tools, and drive traffic and leads to each community. She has a solid background in marketing and branding with over 18 years of experience.

Prior to the multifamily industry, Sara held marketing roles with several shopping centers in Central Florida and Pulte Homes. Sara holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and is a member of The College of Business Alumni Association.

Nicole Sabatino has been part of the Epoch team since 2019 and has quickly made lasting positive contributions to the company. She has successfully revamped and implemented the new-hire orientation program, taken on the leadership role to foster company culture and team building, and provided coaching and support to employees throughout.

As Director of Corporate Operations and in addition to her Human Resource duties, Nicole's responsibilities include ensuring the daily
corporate operations run smoothly. She regularly evaluates the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and applies improvements as needed.

Previously, Nicole served as Senior Human Resources Representative at QCD Food Distribution. Nicole received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2015 and her M.S. in Management, Human Resources Track from the University of Central Florida in 2018. Nicole is also HR Safety Manager certified and has received her PHR while maintaining membership in SHRM.
