Our second Active Adult Community, Calirosa Winter Park, rang in the new year with their first move-ins on January 3rd as the team settled in themselves! Michelle Ervin, Community Manager, and Duran Jenks, Lead Superintendent, are leading the way as the final touches go into place including additional interior signs, just the right scent for the clubhouse and pool pavers! The community is already 25.8% leased with the majority of preleasing occurring from our temporary offsite welcome home center that we opened in the Summer of 2021.
We are thrilled to have our community open and welcoming our Bloomers home to their next chapter.
Behind the clubhouse storefront glass sits the oasis that is Calirosa Winter Park, with an exceptional amenity package including the zero-entry pool, private dining room, state-of-the-art fitness center, the upscale finishes in each apartment home and more. However, the best part of the community is that itself; the wonderful community created amongst the team and the residents. Since opening, Amy Risinger, former Calirosa Kissimmee and Sonceto Manager, has joined forces with Michelle and Marlene. This triple threat has been working hand in hand to deliver the Live Calirosa promise as Michelle continues to build out her stellar customer service oriented team.
