James H. Pugh is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Epoch Residential. Born in Winter Haven, Florida, Mr. Pugh has served as a United States Army Ranger and Special Forces Commander. He is a distinguished ROTC graduate of the University of Florida where he earned a B.S. in Building Construction, and is a member of Florida Blue Key Honorary and Scabbard & Blade Honorary societies. Justin Sand oversees day to day business activities, strategic planning, team development and process improvement, as well as all aspects of development and disposition. In addition, Justin is involved in all operational and investment decisions. He is principally involved in market research, site selection and acquisition, project entitlements, project design, construction and capitalization. Justin joined Epoch in 2004 and has held various roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Development. Since 2004, Justin has been actively involved in the financing, development and construction of over 9,000 apartment units in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and Arizona with a total capitalization in excess of one billion dollars. Prior to joining Epoch, Justin worked for Hunt Construction Group, a large scale, commercial General Contractor/Construction Manager. Justin received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. He is licensed as a Florida Certified General Contractor, a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, a single-engine private pilot and has been involved in numerous civic boards and organizations, including his most recent nomination and acceptance to the Bergstrom Real Estate Center Advisory Board at the University of Florida.Close
McCarley Davis is responsible for the oversight of asset and property management within the company, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, private capital fund raising and communications, refinancing, recapitalization, repositioning, new site selection, and capitalization of new development projects. McCarley joined Epoch in 2004 and served as its Asset Manager until 2010, when he became the Senior Vice President of Management. Since joining Epoch, McCarley has been involved in the development, capitalization and management of over 8,000 apartment units in Florida, Texas, Arizona and North Carolina. Prior to joining Epoch, McCarley served as an Associate in Fixed Income at Wachovia Bank, in Charlotte, NC. He holds a B.A. from UNC-Chapel Hill, and is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. He is also an Associate Member of the National Multi-Housing Council.Close
Allyson Chiappa is the Executive Vice President of Operations for Epoch Residential. She is responsible for coordinating operations across development, construction, property management and accounting to maximize efficiency and drive performance both corporately and at the asset level. Allyson manages all corporate due diligence, risk management and maintains relationships with all key business partners. In addition, she oversees the acquisition and disposition transactions of Epoch-owned communities. Allyson joined Epoch in 2004 and has served in various leadership roles within the company, most recently as Director of Asset Management. During her tenure with Epoch, Allyson has supported the development, construction and operation of over 7,500 apartment units across multiple states. Allyson holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and is a member of the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance.Close
Greg Wosaba is responsible for the overall management and direction of construction activities. He oversees all projects from pre-construction through occupancy and close out. He manages the daily operations of the construction department and is directly involved and responsible for project scheduling, logistics, project staffing, risk management, cost management and profitability. Mr. Wosaba’ s 24 years of career experience includes student housing, multi-family, hospitality, industrial warehouses, big-box retail, restaurants, retail shopping centers and schools. He holds a B.S. in Construction from Bradley University, and is an Arizona Dual Licensed Commercial and Residential General Contractor.Close
Adam Dudley is the Director of Property Management for Epoch Residential, bringing more than 20 years of property management experience. He joined Epoch in November of 2016 as a Regional Property Supervisor and quickly excelled through demonstrating his leadership abilities and identifying opportunities for success. He holds a real estate license in the state of Georgia, a Community Association Managers license in the state of Florida and is a Certified Apartment Manager with NAA. He has served in management, supervisory, and leadership roles across the Southeast and Texas at Greystar, The Lynd Company, Bell Partners, and CF Lane (formerly The Lane Company). In his current role, Adam is responsible for the performance and success of each property as it relates to optimizing an asset’s value by maximizing income, and effectively and efficiently controlling expenses for owners and investment partners. Adam has been involved in numerous property transitions and sales and has managed or supervised over 13,000 apartments in his career. His strengths are in maximizing revenue opportunities for owners, cultivating teams, and strategic planning.Close
Sara Montuori joined Epoch in early 2017 as the Director of Marketing. In her role Sara is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and performance for each Epoch property as well as for Epoch Residential. Sara provides careful detail and tailored strategies unique to properties in the various stages of development, lease-up and stabilization. Sara works with the Management team closely to monitor campaign performance, evaluate new tools and drive traffic and leads to each property. She has a solid background in marketing and branding with over 11 years of experience. Most recently she marketed a portfolio of 21 properties in North Florida for Greystar. Prior to the multi-family industry, Sara held marketing roles with several shopping centers in the Central Florida area as well as with Pulte Homes. Sara holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and is a member of The College of Business Alumni Association.Close
